李軍教授，女，管理學博士，漢族，中共黨員，中央財經大學國家財經戰略研究院碩士研究生導師，山區經濟研究中心主任，北京財經研究基地研究員。中國科學技術大學學士，山東大學經濟學碩士，天津大學管理學博士。新加坡國立大學高級訪問學者，中國社科院競爭力研究中心特聘研究學者，中國企業運籌學會理事，中國高等教育學會理事，中國區域經濟學會理事，教育部學位後評估專家等。
