- Participated in pilot performance evaluations for zero-based budgeting, whole-of-department expenditures, and government investment funds conducted by the Ministry of Finance; participated in and undertook performance evaluations of major policies, projects, and departmental overall expenditures across Beijing, Guangdong Province, Yunnan Province, Shenzhen, Hebei Province, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, and other regions.
