These terms apply to the NAFES Intelligent Research Platform at nafes.scholarforce.ai. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services.
The platform provides searchable information about institutions, experts, research areas, outputs, and academic activities, together with intelligent research functions supported by Dify workflows and model services. Some functions may be under testing or continuing development and are provided as shown on the platform.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and not transfer an account or bypass access controls. Intelligent research functions may be subject to account permissions, credits, or usage limits displayed by the platform at the relevant time.
Model outputs may contain omissions, bias, or factual errors. They do not represent an official view of the Central University of Finance and Economics, NAFES, any expert listed on the platform, or any related institution. Check primary sources before citing, publishing, or acting on an output. Platform content is not legal, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
You retain the rights you hold in lawfully submitted content and authorise the platform to store, process, and transmit it as necessary to complete your request. You must have the right to submit and use the content and must not breach third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
Platform code, interface design, and original content are protected under applicable rules. The names, marks, and materials of the Central University of Finance and Economics, NAFES, and other institutions belong to their respective rights holders. Their use on the platform is limited to identifying institutional relationships, attributing sources, and linking to official websites, and does not grant a separate licence. Public research outputs remain subject to the terms of their original publication pages.
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity; upload malicious code; attack or bypass security controls; scrape or copy data in bulk without authorisation; impersonate another person; infringe privacy or intellectual property; or impose an unreasonable automated load on the service.
The platform links to official institutions, source pages, and other third parties and may rely on external services. Those providers are responsible for their own content, availability, and data handling. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.
The platform may restrict, suspend, or end functions or accounts to maintain security, resolve faults, enforce access rules, or respond to a violation. You may stop using the service and request account closure through the available contact channel.
We take reasonable steps to maintain service and information quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every public record or model output is complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for loss arising from unverified information, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control will be determined under the applicable rules.
These terms may change as platform functions and applicable requirements change. Material updates will be published on this page and take effect on the displayed update date. Interpretation and enforcement are subject to the laws, regulations, and competent-authority requirements that apply in practice.
