Data Circulation Service Institutions Innovation and Development Report (2026) and China Digital Economy Innovative Enterprise Development Report 2026 Co-Compiled by CUFE China Academy of Internet Economy Released at the 9th Digital China Construction Summit

On April 28–29, the thematic exchange activity on data development theory and practical research at the 9th Digital China Construction Summit was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Professor Sun Baowen and Research Fellow Ouyang Rihui from the China Academy of Internet Economy at CUFE were invited to attend and co-initiate the "Data Element Innovation Think Tank Network" initiative (referred to as the "Initiative"), and participated in the release ceremony of the *Data Circulation Service Institutions Innovation and Development Report (2026)* and the *China Digital Economy Innovative Enterprise Development Report 2026*. On January 10, 2026, the "2025 Annual Conference of the Innovation Alliance for Autonomous Knowledge System of China's Digital Economics and the Launch of the *Blue Book of Internet and Digital Economy* and *Blue Book of Digital Finance*," jointly organized by NAFES and the China Academy of Internet Economy of CUFE in partnership with the Institute of User and Market Research at China Mobile Research Institute and the Social Sciences Academic Press, was successfully held in Beijing.
